Macie had a very fun Halloween night!! We went with the Carrell's and the Stevenson's to the Prestonwood Fall Festival in Plano. Macie had a great time playing games - bean bag toss, fishing, soccer, horseshoes... and many more - and won LOTS of candy!! She and I went down a BIG slide... pretty scary! We even went on a very fun train ride!!
Macie and Jackson had a great time at the Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch today. They went on a hayride and rode in a wagon through the pumpkin patch. It was so much fun!
We had a great time at the Dallas Stars game last night! We were in a suite which was perfect for Cade, Makynli and Macie. They had so much fun running around, dancing and cheering for their favorite hockey team!
We met Amber & Stacy today for lunch at Northpark Mall. Amber & Stacy are two of my best buds from high school. We had a great time visiting with them!
Macie & Lexie are excited about Halloween. They look so cute in their matching spider shirt and spider web bandana!! They are definitely in the Halloween spirit!
The Supper Club Halloween Party was tonight!! We had so much fun! Tiffany and Ryan hosted it and did a great job! Tiffany served a wonderful meal of appled stuffed roast pork loin, rice, and white bean vegetable soup. We even ate the soup out of small sugar pumkins! She made a spice cake in the shape of a pumpkin, and spider web cupcakes! And she did all of this being 9 months pregnant - WOW!! Great job, Tiff!!
We celebrated Great Grandma's 89th birthday today. We also enjoyed visiting with Great Aunt Lou and Great Uncle Wilbur.
We went to the Dallas Zoo today! We met the Carrell's there this morning and spent the day enjoying the animals and beautiful weather.
A bird landed on my shoulder while we were in the bird exhibit of the children's zoo!
Macie is so excited about the Cowboys season opener today against Jacksonville! She has her popcorn ready and is looking forward to a great season!

Jace Alan Little was born at 7:17 pm Friday evening. He weighs 7.3 lbs and was 20" long. He has a head full of dark hair! He is precious and we are so excited he is here! Congratulations Uncle Rod & Aunt Heather!
Macie had fun playing in the Chili's to go bag while she waited for her baby cousin to be born.
Uncle Rod called this morning around 5:00 am to say that he was taking Aunt Heather to the hospital... she was having contractions! Steve, Macie and I went to the hospital this evening to wait for his arrival. Macie had fun playing with her Mimi & PawPaw in the waiting room!
Macie is one year old today! We can't believe how fast her first year has gone. We are so blessed to have such a sweet little girl. We love you Macie!
At her one year doctor appointment, Macie weighed 17.4 lbs (6th %tile) and was 27 1/4" long (5th %tile).
Macie's first birthday party was on Saturday evening. We had so much fun spending time with family and friends! Macie loved her birthday cake and opening her gifts.
Macie's birthday cake was in the shape of a flower. She gave out flower cookies to all of her guests.
Macie had fun playing with the balloons and showing Lexie her new toys the day after the party.

Macie & I visited the Miller's today in the hospital and met Baby Kaden. He was born Tuesday night, and weighs 7 lbs, 8 oz and is 20" long. He is very sweet. Macie is excited about her new friend! Congratulations Wes & Laura!
Macie loves bath time! She squeals and tries to climb into the tub as soon as I turn the water on.
Macie is everywhere these days!! She is so busy crawling, pulling up, and getting into everything! She crawled under her Excersaucer on Sunday morning before church... and decided it was not a great place to be after she bumped her head a couple of times. Mom to the rescue! Macie still doesn't have any teeth... Her lack of teeth doesn't slow her down when it comes to eating... The girl loves to eat! She eats her baby food very well, and begs to try whatever Steve and I are eating. She is a big talker too... She will talk to anything that will listen (me, Lexie, her toes...). Macie has also learned to give high fives and will wave bye. She is finally wearing 6-9 month clothes, and size 1 shoes. Sad story: We were shopping at the Galleria today and Macie lost one of her cute white sandles. I don't have any idea how long it had been missing, but I know she started out with a complete pair on her feet. Poor girl, her mean mom won't buy her any more white sandles for this year... it's almost Labor Day. She can go barefoot, right?

We visited the Carrells last night in the hospital and met baby Makynli!! She is a cutie pie!! Staci and I couldn't wait to get the first "girlfriend" picture of Makynli and Macie. We are so excited she is here! Congratulations Matt & Staci!
Macie had a great time at her friend Taylor's 2nd birthday party today. She had her first little taste of cake... and she loved it! Looks like she may have a sweet tooth! And in just two months she will be having her very own birthday cake! She was so tired tonight when she went to bed, she didn't even notice me in the room taking pictures of her.
Macie turned 10 months old today!! We can't believe how fast our little girl is growing up. At her 9 month well baby appointment, Macie weighed 15.8 lbs (7th %tile), and was 26 inches tall (5th %tile). She is so busy playing with all of her toys and chasing after Lexie!
